They're STILL working on this part????  I would have thought they have shifted up more into the SCV already.

On the brighter side of things - More truck lane is good.  That climb as it was configured when I left the area was craptastic at best.  The truck volume merging in with the car traffic combined with lane drops (both construction and non-construction) made it a traffic nightmare.
