I'm an Civil engineering major in Kansas City, and I just accepted an internship position for the Traffic Department of MODot.  :bigass:

Congrats! When I get into civil engineering next year (hopefully... as I'm currently undeclared), I'm hoping to eventually get a summer job or co-op with MIT (Manitoba Infrastructure and Transport).

Well, I'm personally hoping to get some inside scoops for the future. Who knows what I'm actually going to do? I'm just happy to have an engineering internship finally :sombrero:

I know we're talking the other end of the state here, but any word you can put in for putting I-44 shields back on, you know, I-44/US-50?

Just make sure you don't leak anything that costs you future employment.

As to what you could be doing I have a few guesses:

1) Filing (which could get interesting if you get to see old project files)
2) Sign logs/inventory
3) Updating other inventory items
