The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

I spotted one picture of the Crosby Freeway(US 90) construction in Houston http://www.houstonfreeways.com/5_year_retrospective.html#crosby from 2006  I wondered how the construction goes and if it's near completion?

I don't think the Crosby Freeway (highway 90) may be done now but i think i may be done in the fall of 2009, or 2010.
