I've read that a while back.

My main concern is Lenexa and other area cities' love of TIFs to fund these projects. Case in point is The Legends in KCK. The Legends itself went into foreclosure in 2012. Backfire Barbecue (bike chopper-themed BBQ joint at The Legends) also accepted credits and it went out of business two years ago.
