I-45 North HOV extension to Conroe

After many delays, work is now underway to extend the HOV lane on I-45 North from F.M. 1960 to Loop 336 in Conroe.  This HOV facility will be two-way and non barrier separated.  Some left shoulder work will be done at the Hardy Toll Road, Woodlands Parkway and F.M. 1488 to build the HOV lanes.
