Medium-term observation here: we've had very few days in the 90s, and the few that were that hot were in the low 90s. The forecast shows the next 9 days below 90 and day #10 at 93. I think the abundance of rain is somewhat keeping temperatures down, although it's also partly luck because we've had many mid-high-80s days. (Historically, the average high here is 80° on July 1, 83° now, and 84° on the hottest day of the year.)
