Completion of connectors at CA-160 and CA-4

The new connectors complete the interchange between CA-160 and CA-4.   The new connectors serve movements from southbound CA-160 to eastbound CA-4 and from westbound CA-4 to northbound CA-160.  They allow access between the Antioch Bridge and eastern Contra Costa County.
