Logo signs with the generic "SERVICES" category

I was wondering, does anyone know of examples of states where some logo signs have the generic "SERVICES" category?

I know that there are some such signs in Arizona.  This was common practice during the Arizona Logo Sign Group (a subsidiary of Logo Signs of America, Inc.) days for logo signs with more than one service type.  IMO I don't like them; it looks very lazy.

Ever since ADOT subsidiary Grand Canyon State Logo Signs took over the state's logo sign program, GCSLS now generally properly divides logo signs into different service types, although many older signs from the Arizona Logo Sign Group days still use the generic "SERVICES" category.

Has anyone seen such signs in other states?

Here's an old one on 295 South for Exit 17 that simply was never removed (current logo signs are also used for this exit). Good luck finding the gas station as the one near this exit closed down years ago. I'm not even sure where the phone would be located...maybe in the Motel 6 at the exit that I wouldn't advise anyone actually visiting.

That is not what I meant. I was actually referring to logo signs that simplay have the word "SERVICES" instead of dividing the sign into different service categories for each logo panel (i.e., a row or column each for FOOD, GAS, and LODGING).

Massachusetts used to post single panel "SERVICES" LOGO signs at exits in rural areas where there was only one eligible facility for each service.  Most of these signs have since been replaced with 'combined' LOGO signs that indicate the separate categories on a single panel.

On the Appalachian Corridor highways, WVDOH uses a single "Services-Attractions" sign rather than the separate Gas/Food/Lodging signs used on Interstates. Example: https://goo.gl/maps/SixsUnMaHYs
