Do we count these "default Texas County Road signs", or are they considered an all-text sign? They're a standard in many Texas counties.

I don't make the rules on here, but I've avoided those county road guide signs so far because they are, in my opinion, just glorified street blades or, alternatively, "small green signs".

Especially considering that there do exist blue pentagon county highway shields in Texas, I'm not in favor of allowing these green squares.

I'm struggling to come up with a green square exactly like that which points to an intersection with a pentagon-signed county road, but here

Nothing in the rules states that it has to be a highway shield.  I'm perfectly fine with allowing it, as well as the Virginia State Secondary Route signs.
