I was searching for a Rail Road, but I didn't find any. Now that would be stupid, a Rail Rd that is not a railway...
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Here's a 1958 town road map of Lebanon, CT: https://www.flickr.com/photos/uconnlibrariesmagic/3546387414/sizes/o/ It's a large image (6488 x 10327).

North end of town, intersecting CT 87 across from SR 449: N_gger Road. With the blank filled in. 1958.

It's now called Clarke Road; with a few houses along it. Wonder if they know about the old name.

Here's a subdivision whose streets are named of random elements of the desert...where the nearest desert is a thousand miles away.
Some of the street names are pretty stupid too..."Vision Dr?  Mirage Dr?"  https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5677467,-88.2520176,17.33z

How about one of the many examples of "Lois Lane" (such as this one).

Or Warp Drive.

Or Rainbow Road.

Okay, in defense of that last one, it probably has had that name since before there was such a thing as Mario Kart and it's just a coincidence.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

Figures that Warp Drive is on I-366...

"Lynnfield St." on two of the four exits on the I-95/US 1/MA 129 rotary. (One is in Lynn, and the other is in Peabody.) How do you tell them apart?

There is an "Old Dick Road" in Bagdad Arizona which ends at AZ 96...ironically located across the highway from a church:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Old+Dick+Rd,+Bagdad,+AZ+86321/@34.5676631,-113.1784179,16z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x80d2ee195febd42b:0xb2975c43f1c56e85!8m2!3d34.5668053!4d-113.1851916?hl=en

And no...there is no "Dick Road" so it seems one of the miners thought they were being funny.

Sure there is, but it's in Buffalo. :)

I never liked "Infinite Loop" in Cupertino, CA.

Related to this, in defense of all things named Pearson is that they are unrelated to the syndrome of the same name and thus are just a coincidence. In fact some of them may predate the discovery of the disease. Having befriended a little child who suffered from the syndrome explains why I find it a bit stupid.

this reminds me of an episode of the Simpsons when Mr. Burns was getting booed, and he asked "Are you guys saying 'boo' or 'boourns'?"  :-D

exit 5 parkway, can't get any lazier than that.

Looks like this road was named after the business park it services (Exit 5 Business Park) or vice versa.  Regardless, there is no exit 5 anywhere close (I-69 has exit 205 nearby).  I'm guessing it's a relic from the past numbering.

Before I saw the context, I thought it would be like this:
https://www.google.com/maps/@39.3915124,-74.5630297,3a,33.4y,207.29h,88.17t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5U5C6y-ag-NqYRR-LlCFEg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!5m1!1e1?hl=en-US
But of course this literally is Exit 36 off the (Garden State) Parkway. Still, it's unique as far as I know. No other interchange (at least around here) is signed with an exit number like this.

Nearby 116th Street is Exit 205 from I-69. It was Exit 5 until the renumbering when the Evansville-to-Crane portion of I-69 was opened. That's why both the drive and the business center are (or were) aptly named.

Around Portland's suburbs, streets have conflicting directional prefixes.  This is especially bad in Gresham, where there are a few streets that have two official names with two directional prefixes:

NW Birdsdale Av / SE 202nd Av: https://goo.gl/maps/QjDztHeF8vw
NE Hogan Dr / SE 242nd Dr: https://goo.gl/maps/55po7BxfvTM2
