Yep...just drove past it again today.  Very frustrating.  I should find out more about the situation this week on the lack of signage.

I took a look, and the plans for contract 6 are up!  Signage and the staging for each "phase" of work begin on part 3 of 4 of the RFP plans (part 6 of the final RFP).  Looks like West Street will be exit 15A in both directions, even though there won't be an exit 15B eastbound.  Also of interest is that I-690 EB will be closed through most of this work.  Also interesting to note is that exit 4 (current exit 22) of BL 81 will be signed for Bear Street, even though, last I checked, the ramp will appear to still intersect NY 298/Court Street.  I wonder why that was changed.

Looking to how my website will handle it, since I don't do temporary configurations, it looks like I'll be switching everything to the final configuration once existing I-81 south of exit 19 closes, given that everything will be detoured rather than doing the current dance of "this ramp opens, that ramp closes, etc.".

I think I saw a sign near the ground there, so hopefully soon.  Still, it would have been nice if it was there when I was out getting pictures!
