Interstate 11 Right of Way for Nevada?

Does anyone know about the right of way for Interstate 11 in Nevada, on Interstate 515 inside the city of Las Vegas, Nevada to Boulder City, Nevada, and the section that will go from Las Vegas to Reno, Nevada maybe to take over the U.S. 395/Interstate 580 section outside of Carson City, Nevada as of yet?  Just curious.
