A reminder that starting with 201, we will advance five numbers every day instead of one. If this will be an issue for you, please speak now! Thanks!

I wouldn't say it's an "issue" but I don't see the need to rush.  We still seem to have several people per day posting on the current number and it's not like numbers in the 200s are likely to be that hard to find.  I'd rather postpone that acceleration until at least somewhere in the 300s when options will start to thin out more.

I have a lot in the low 200s.  Seems like the drop off comes about 250 for me, 300 probably would be okay to do the five numbers a day.

Changing the five-a-day threshold from 200 to 300.

Heading south, I assume?  This signage is definitely new since the last time I was through there.

My mistake, that's near the south terminus of RI 146 (where it ends at I-95).

Some more lower numbers from me.

Kicking off 196 with I-196 BL among my scrap pile of signs:

Jim

Here's an I-196 that would also qualify for one of the recent daily challenges with a smaller US 31 mounted below.  July 13, 2007.

All of my New York 196 examples were taken on the same day at dusk, and all are a little blurred.  This in or near South Hartford.  December 12, 2010.

Maine 196 in Topsham.  August 7, 2014.

Not an issue for me. We already seem to be covering the five or so most recent numbers simultaneously.

Also, are we just gonna let "Phantom Warriors Highway" sit there without comment? :ninja:

The name is the epitome of total bad-ass; it passes by Fort Hood, and was named for the III Corps.

I-196 in Grand Rapids is all I have for that number:

Yes, but we are advancing one number each day. I moved the threshold back to 300.

I-196.  One of very few Michigan signs I have (but that's about to change soon)

Michigan seems to abbreviate "Grand" a lot, it wasn't immediately apparent to me until a day of wandering around.

Is that speed limit sign really big or are those RR markers tiny?

Maryland 197 on the B-W Parkway.  January 2, 2005.

The speed limit sign is standard size, and judging from other photos I've taken with RR shields beside speed limit signs, RR shields are pretty small.
