Another 99 backtrack for me.  With the opening ceremonies of the new Alaska Way Viaduct replacement tunnel, the public was invited to walk through the tunnel, and on to the Viaduct.  Here I could take a picture of an off-model Washington State Highway shield, which has more detail than the official version.  I'm guessing Seattle put up this sign.
