Find my last reply to a topic?

Is there a way in this (or any) group to jump to my own most recent reply to a topic?

Sometimes I'll get a new reply notification for a thread I participated in–but I can't remember what I contributed and I might be about to re-post the same thing I already said in a thread. If it's a thread with dozens of pages and wide-ranging sub-topics, it'd be nice to have a quick and easy way of reminding myself why I'm even participating in the thread.
