There are dozens of these in Montana. Here are a few:

[...]

Idaho/Washington/Oregon have unpaved state highway mileage, but none with reassurance shields along the unpaved portions.

Got any pictures of those? Reassurance shields aren't a requirement of the Challenge. (However, don't forget there is a three-answer limit per post.)

Sure

Idaho Highway 7

Oregon Route 27

I got the picture from a website about the US 61 Spiral Bridge, in Hasting, Minnesota.

That website says this is the St. Paul-Hastings Wagon Road, not US 61. I don't believe any part of US 61 is unpaved anymore!

Quillz

I would have included a photo of CA-173, but the unpaved segment is no longer part of the state highway system, so CA-173 now has a gap in its routing.

East end of MN-232 at MN-65. 232 was eliminated in April 2012 and is now Aitkin County road 3. Picture is from August 2011.

Westbound Storrow Drive (US 1 Southbound circa 1971-1989) exit sign for US 1 South exiting Storrow Drive.  This sign remained at least 15 years after US 1 was rerouted onto I-93.  Yes, that's a flashing red-arrow warning sign next to it.

US 1 ALT was decommissioned in 1971...this sign was still up as of yesterday.

May not meet intent of OP because it is still in the primary system...?

"Weigh Station" as a destination on a post-interchange distance sign?

I'm more interested in the "Avenue 3E." What a strange name.

Loop Road was once part of Florida SR 94, became County 94, now NPS:

About 1/3 of it is paved, the rest is questionable quagmire.

Took this picture a year and a half ago.  WI-123 has since been decommissioned.  I had an IA-192 sitting around too, but I can't locate it atm

I don't know if this counts (since it is a text sign and does not involve an actual decommission), but here goes.  This sign points toward PA 31 in Monongahela.  PA 31 was truncated to the east of Monongahela in 1964 and that stretch of PA 31 became PA 136.  If it doesn't count, my apologies...

West of Silver City and leading into the Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park.  Turned back to Ontonagon County in 2008.

The entire one-mile length was turned back to the village of Elberta in 2012.
