How about a stack?

I'll allow it for sure (I was having a tough time trying to word this challenge). Very cool sign by the way :)

Thanks for posting this. This one has always bothered me ever since VDOT extended this bypass. It would've been a lot better if that banner said North instead of Begin over US 301. On top of that, in the southern direction you could say there's a total contradiction smdh

These are common for the portions of US-6 concurrent with I-80 in Iowa.

Does a BGS count? It's standard practice in Georgia to use 48" Interstate shields and 36" US/state shields, even if they're on the same sign:

LOL I have a photo of this same assembly and didn't even notice that the shields were differently-sized.

Hang in there.  I am dating someone with OCD and he recoving hoarder too. I have learned a lot about OCD. I know its part of him and i know to allow him space and time.

Like another poster said we all are a bit odd on this board. :)

LGMS428

Oh yes, I have some hoarding tendencies myself. My bathroom is a complete mess, as it is junked up with empty soda cans and bottles, empty hand sanitizer bottles, and toilet paper overflowing out of the trash can - I psychologically have trouble getting rid of any of it. The hoarding tendencies also come into play with some of the weird things that I do on here, like posting things like "Last edit before this was at ??:??:??," sometimes even more than once. When I edit my posts, many times I actually cannot psychologically get rid of the older edit times, so I document them. It is the craziest thing.

Very interesting. Even as a Georgia native, I actually have never noticed that, up until seeing you mention it here. Hm, thanks for dissolving my ignorance.  :hmmm:

QuoteMarch 7, 2017 challenge:  Post route sign photos of the highest-numbered state highway in a particular state.

We may need some people to verify the posts to ensure they are indeed of the highest number.  This might serve to test us at our road knowledge XD

EDIT:  We're looking for the highest-numbered MARKED highway in each state.  Just to clarify.

This one in Illinois won't be disputed, though, for sure:

Technically it's actually MN-995A, but you're going to have a hard time finding signs for that one.
