What about WI's trunk system or whatever they call it?

Wisconsin's county trunk highway system would definitely count, too. (I checked and I don't have any pictures of it myself, or else I would've posted one above.)

In some instances.  MODOT will use a lettered route to replace a rerouted  US or Primary State Highway.

^ In the photo I posted a few posts above, Route C looks to be an old alignment of US 67.

Three chances to post, and I only know of three systems that post letters to label their highways.

There's always Wisconsin...

No pictures (sorry) but doesn't DC use Letter names for part of its Street Grid? Hence the "K Street" Lobbyists or whatever?

I don't know if a City Street Grid counts as a route system

This one isn't very well known, but Dodge County in Minnesota also uses letters for its non-CSAH county routes.

That is correct. No need to worry.  :)

At the end of every month, all challenges ever since the day that the last recap list was posted (usually 2 or 3 days before a month ends) are re-opened for an end-of-the-month ultimate catch-up challenge. So in these few days at the end of every month, you can post contributions for challenges from any day in that range, such as the 1st, 4th, 12th, 19th, 23rd, etc. So if the picture you uploaded was an entry to one of the challenges in that range, then your uploading should not have been to no avail!   ;-)
Now alternating between different highway shields for my avatar - my previous highway shield avatar for the last few years was US 76.

And usually I get around to compiling a list of the past month's Challenges, but this time...yeah.

Have we got a Challenge for today yet? (It would remain open through tomorrow as well.) How about:

QuoteOctober 30, 2017
Challenge: Post photos of standard road or traffic signs deployed indoors.

Not decoratively, mind you–signs actually being used as designed, only inside of buildings.
