May be a dumb question, but where can you find your earliest posts to find the first picture you posted on the forum? I'm currently on a phone, so maybe I'm not seeing it

Go to your profile, which has a "Show Posts" link to all the posts you've ever made, from last to first.

This is from eastbound SR-201. The missing I-80 shield was eventually put up, but it took a couple years:

I actually did a challenge a while back that was solely the second sentence of this challenge. But that's great to repeat, because I have a picture taken since then that fits those criteria. :)

Interchange of Iowa 5/92, Knoxville, IA.

I literally just posted this in another thread, but this works.

I take pictures of road signs, that's about it.

General rule of thumb: Just stay in the "Traffic Control" section of the forum and you'll be fine.

Normally, this would be north/south/east/west, like the photos below, but "X" and "X Heights" also works, as do a few others.

Cross-posted from the city name game.

Something I made for Facebook

Because "Nyack is just So Nyack."

And my own photo:

Newbury and Newburyport, adjacent municipalities. I took this photo because the 1s inside the shield are green.

If anyone can post the "White Plains, No White Plains" contradictory sign, I would love to see that.

I didn't think I had to look any further than my New England trip for this challenge.  I was correct.
All the signs look like they have the same state highway marker, but one is from Connecticut and two are from Maine!

Can you start a challenge even though you don't have a photo to kick it off?  I want to create this challenge:

June 12, 2018:  The ABC River challenge.  Post signage for a river whose name starts with A, then post rivers that start with the next successive letter of the alphabet.  Creeks, streams, brooks, runs, and other flowing bodies of water are also acceptable.
