If I'm going to have a photo of a Broadway, it's going to be on a freeway sign.  There's little point in photographing a street ending in Y for the street sign challenge.

I-80's pre-Olympic construction closure in SLC.  August 1, 1999.



I-95 in Delaware was closed for reconstruction.  May 28, 2000.



And an I-77 closure in the Cleveland area.  October 8, 2006.

Here's a no-right-turn panel that ended up yellow somehow.  (The application is also wrong, but that's not part of the challenge.)  Springfield, IL, near Hazel Dell Road.
