I had always wondered if the outside ramps on cloverleafs were necessary given that you can make all the turns from the inside loops.

I've done the three-ramp maneuver a couple of times for various reasons.  The merging gets old.

This one in Tremonton, Utah could just be described as "wrong". The worst part is that there are two more signs that look exactly like this, one a mile back and one a half-mile ahead.

West of downtown Honolulu, two lanes of Interstate H-1 peel away from the three left lanes continuing onto the Moanalua Freeway. Since I took this photo, the Moanalua Freeway was re-signed from Hawaii 78 to Interstate H-201. I had to climb atop playground equipment to take this photo, and I didn't feel like doing that again to photograph the updated sign when I returned to Honolulu.

This is harder than I thought when I saw it.

I've got a triple "Wa" on Vermont 100B.  March 1, 2019.

Two "Wolf" examples on Utah 158.  January 22, 2006.

This is incredibly difficult. I've searched through thousands of photos and hours of dashcam video. I've found just two qualifying photos.

I've had to crop this intensely as these signs weren't the focus of the image.

Someone else posted a photo of a pair of route numbers so this will also count.

In Hawaii, on Maui, three destinations with the same three starting letters:

On the Big Island, two destinations with the same two starting letters (this one was cropped from a much larger image):

In Quebec, two destinations beginning with "St." (lots of places there named for saints):

As a bonus, not a distance sign (the lights warn of closed road segments ahead), but three of the seven destinations start with "Manic":
