^That's actually one of the signs that originally made me think of this challenge...of course I forgot to post it though.

While I'm here, here's another I forgot, from I-68 in Maryland.

That actually could be a "straignt and right" arrow because WV 46 actually starts again a couple of miles down the road.

As for the "CAR US 60," I've never seen that. Must be a relatively new assembly. There's also a "CAR CR 82" near the New River Gorge visitor center.

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

I've taught classes at 6 different schools, 2 of which where I was also once a student, yet I have no road sign pictures directing to any of them in my collection.  So I'll see what else I have.

Well, I certainly couldn't let this challenge pass without this photo from midtown Atlanta on I-75/85:

This may be worth narrowing down a bit–any signs posted on a toll road? signs identifying or directing to a toll road? signs with the word "toll"?

All of the above. If I get specific, the odds of people being able to find a photo of what I specify decrease. And since my goal is simply to see as many road sign photos as possible, I kept this one broad.
