BEGIN signs are very rare in Oregon, but there are a few examples.

The BEGIN US 20 in Newport was pictured earlier, so I'll start with the north end of OR 127.  Sadly, this sign didn't last long and is now gone, but its southern end counterpart is still up, AFAIK.



The southern beginning of OR 339 in Milton-Freewater:



Both the northern and southern begins of OR 501.  The highway's ends are well-signed despite it not really going anywhere.
