This uses up my last N____ until I can stock. I've picked my county clean of E____s and N____s, so I'll have to go to neighboring jurisdictions with probably less alphabetical street grids. OTOH, I have a serious surplus of K____s (K is a favorite starting letter for Hawaiian streets/roads and communities), and also a lot of H___ and M_____ names.

FWIW, the same Nutley St. was already played by me, though in a different place and with a different photo (which included a non-___y name as an out). I'm unsure whether the OP would think this consistent with Rule 12.

This differs from a recently-played Elm St. in Des Moines, some time after I played a South Elm St. in Arlington.

I had assumed it was like the city name thread where a different sign was OK, but indeed you are right about the rules. Shame on me for not reading them closely enough.
