I was originally going to walk down to State Place to take a picture there but changed my mind because there were a LOT more Secret Service personnel out and about than usual on Friday, probably because at that point there had been three fence-jumping incidents in one week, and I thought walking up to their checkpoint to photograph a street sign might cause trouble.




Edited to add: I suppose Seventeenth Street would be valid if someone wants to play an "H" instead of an "E." I think it's less interesting of a street name than State Place.
