I like the way you're thinking! Can't oblige you right away since I don't have any R____m street names (I long ago played a Random), but I have at least two ____m names with different starting letters.

Rules clarification: To Apply the "N" Rule, do the other street names have to fully appear on the posted image? Enterprise Blvd and Louisiana Ave are the other street names on the adjacent BGS that is mostly cut-off on this image, but I don't know if they are legally playable...

To further my "should be playable" argument, the final letter of each is fully visible, and that is what would be played on, to apply the "N" Rule...

I'm gonna play on it anyway, and if it is challenged, I'll delete

"If there are other street names in the same picture and the matching name ends with one of the special letters, you may use one of the other street names in the picture."

It doesn't say that the complete street name has to be there. Nothing else in the rules says that the complete name has to be visible. But if we allow the loose interpretation, then the presence of any part of the sign makes the name playable whether the name is visible or not.

So here is my ruling: The use of the special-letter-rule by ilpt4u stands, but henceforth, the entire name of the street must be visible and legible on the sign for it to be playable, either directly or by way of the special-letter rule.

I also codified the challenge rule and made other changes to clarify and better organize the rules.
