Doesn't work for streets like 1355 South. Many minor streets in Utah, in numbering systems resembling Salt Lake City's, have numbers not ending in 00, though it's unusual to see one on a freeway exit sign. Some have four- or five-digit numbers ending in 5.

I saw many such "in-between" streets last summer on my crawl along US 89 to clinch that route. But they're not useful for this game (as spelled out, they usually end in E or Y), so I didn't bother taking pictures.
