Hyperbaric chamber huffing the life equation.

Whats the life equation?

As it is written in the Book of Alan; "you either know or you just don't...or do, and don't."

Cut it out with this alanland bullshit.

If you're going to make silly threads (you yourself called it a "joke thread") then expect silly replies.

The great alan has banned alanland jokes in joke threads as written in the great book.

It was and was not written, so the rule can and cannot be followed.

ALL HAIL THE GREAT ALAN! (OR NOT.) :bigass:

Actually, it is required that you do so, but only where it is prohibited. Where it is not, it is forbidden. (But it's always legal in the presence of at least 37 goats.  :-D)

I'm just wondering where you got that number 37 from. It's a common "random" number to pick (especially if the range is 1-50), but it was also reply #37.

The reason why 37 is the most common number when asked for a number from 1 to 50 is because picking a "random" number instinctively thinks of multiples of 2, 3, and especially 5 as "not random", as well as numbers near the endpoints or the exact middle. While these are all minor influences (except for avoiding numbers near endpoints), it is enough to make 37 most commonly picked.

What side of the field do 37 goats sleep on?

The side opposite from where 99 or 238 goats may or may not be sleeping or present at any given time. In masses that large, even the goats must bow to the Grand Alan.

And the Grand Alan bows only to Goat Jesus....but on while sleeping counterclockwise to the 43rd goat on the immediate far left of right at 7:02 AM on a Sunday.

Everyone.....please remember, the longer the quote the happier the goat.

And, let us not forget that I-366 is the official highway of the great state of Alanland.
The official and unofficial restaurant of Alanland is Pfangle. Pfangle operates in 27 oblasts, when it is always and never open.
Quoting excessively long posts is the national pastime of Alanland.

Longer the quote

the happier the goat.

Actually, it makes it so that all goats express all possible emotions at once. (But also not at all.) And the length of the quote is at once important and irrelevant.

Got it. (I modified the most recent quote to add an underline for emphasis.)
All hail the great alan.

It's the Grand Unified Alan. It's not that simple difficult something. There is yet hope for the Alan.

And his goats.

Also, what do the goats of Alanland think of sheep?

Actually, it went uphill slowly.
They hate sheep.

And love it...yet not.
The important and useless mode of transportation in Alanland is and is not powered by goats. The "goat" is loved and loathed by all goats, and is how The Grand Unified Alan and his Warblers travel to and stay at their jobs.
The government is both loved and hated.
But is it on a bus?

Only if the bus does not fit 37, 99, or 238 goats.

There are a few other prohibited (and required) numbers, but most buses don't fit that many goats. The sequence (which cannot be found on oeis for some reason) begins 0, 1, 37, 99, 238, 1804, 1806, 9336, 90003, 90004, 90005, 8675309, 2147483647, 32123332223553212333322321, etc.

I think you forgot 55...

I just realized that someone took down Alanland.org.  Where will I do my Alanbanking now?

Let us look to Goat Jesus for guidance:

And for goats that respect (and don't respect) the AlanPatriots, 12 is also a magic goat number, as that was the number of major victories in the Caterpillar War.

Also, if a house's address is 37, 99, etc. then by order of the Grand Alan it must become an Alanbank, except where it must not, or there are enough goats.

How many goats live in alanland?

Hard to say, would one count the tears of an angel?
Of course not!
Seriously, what side of the bed do you sleep on? Also +1 quote. Happy goat.

How many goats live in alanland?

Hard to say, would one count the tears of an angel?
Of course not!
Seriously, what side of the bed do you sleep on? Also +1 quote. Happy goat.
If a house's address is 3799, or 2383, or any combination of those, it is forbidden and required for it to become the Alan Stock Exchange, or if 14 yoctoseconds have passed; whichever comes first.
What is a yoctosecond?

Correct.

Google Search for $800.
So I win 800 dollars? Cool!
And it sleeps on the right side

Money sleeps in an Alanbank, on the right side of the vault. Unless it is an Alan Stock Exchange, in which case the money is forbidden to sleep, except when the goats are sleeping on the right, in which case the money must sleep on the left.

Also, the number of goats in Alanland is equal to the number of yoctoseconds in a second, except when it isn't.

STOP with the mass quoting of several posts.  One or two, and maybe 3 posts back is one thing, but over 20 is really annoying.  If this continues, the thread will be axed as it does hurt the forum database, and clogs it up with unnecessary info.

STOP with the mass quoting of several posts.  One or two, and maybe 3 posts back is one thing, but over 20 is really annoying.  If this continues, the thread will be axed as it does hurt the forum database, and clogs it up with unnecessary info.

Hell I say just lock it now.  Its creepy as all hell this kid is asking what side of the bed people sleep on.
It has turned into alanland 2.0.

Look what you did! You made the goat sad!

Just some friendly advice, if you see me personally posting in 'purple', you're in big trouble, as I normally let the other Admins deal with the stuff as I work on the backend of the forum.  So, read what I have to say and take it to heart.
