Thanks for the info....I haven't lived in a state with primary/secondary routes that are signed with the same numbers before, although that seems as though it could be quite confusing!  How do locals refer to the route numbers?

There are usually just referred to by number.

And a new picture:

Wait, I passed that intersection last summer and didn't even notice the Johnson City as a control city.

However, I think that LEFT EXIT 46B is redundant since it says "LEFT EXIT" at the bottom...

That 20 shield wasn't there when I clicked post.  :-o Nor was the one before it!  :hmmm: It only told me one new reply had been posted, the I-35 one, but it still fit so I kept it.

I've noticed I only get one notice of a new post until I log in. There could be a dozen new posts, but I just get the first one.

That is by default in SMF to prevent the server from being overloaded.

Anyways, to also prevent missing a new post when you're making a new post, you might want to take a look @ this post:
https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=2092.msg46322#msg46322
That will alert you and tell you how many new posts have been made since you hit the "Reply" button when you try to make a new post. ;)

It would look something like this:
The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:
Warning - while you were typing 2 new replies have been posted. You may wish to review your post.
