Not quite, here's a wider view. I assume 273 west has been closed here due to the angle which has resulted in crashes. Westbound 273 uses the road in the distance with a safer left turn onto US-1.

Black is for the town-maintained roads while the green is state maintained. Though, Vermont used to use the black circle. Continuing (showing the state version of the older VT shield)...
