"Freeways" Mobile game where you design highway interchanges

I deeply apologize if this has been covered. I searched and didn't see any threads about it which is surprising.

Have any of you heard of or played "Freeways"? It's a simple game where you design highway interchanges. I haven't played it myself, but I watched a lengthy, multi-video playthrough of it which I'll link below.
