Can we get a ruling on this? Green River, WY isn't quite on US 191, and as far as I know, you can only "jump" the starting city, not the ending one.

I believe 1 is correct, that this is not a valid play.  The way it's set up is that you can jump from the place in the previous play, but then need a road that goes to the new destination.

We'll continue from West Yellowstone, no harm done.

There's only one US 6 sign at the entire junction, so 6 might as well be unsigned as well. I think there's a token gas station there, but I don't know if I'd trust it.  :-P
