Maple River Dam Removal - Northern Michigan (Pellston)

It was announced in early July that construction on the Maple River/Lake Kathleen dam on Woodland Rd. In Emmet County Michigan would start for dam removal. As of August 1st, signs have been posted, including the detour route on Gregory Rd. and Maple River Rd., just east of the dam. As the work week starts up, construction is expected to begin.
