Probably not.  They aren't marked as interchangeable in the rules.  Hopefully this submission gets some people with only local sign photos into the game, though.

As with a lot of signs in Canada, it only looks high because it's metric.

120km/h speed limit on curvy, mountainous BC 97C (since reduced to 110km/h, but some other freeways stayed at 120km/h):
