Here's a blue sign from Canada's Northwest Territories, which doesn't have a lot of road signs, but many of them are blue.

Wild and Wonderful => on the Dempster Highway (NT 8) north of the Arctic Circle, 114 km to Tsiigehtchic, 172 km to Fort McPherson, or 257 km to the Yukon border:
