I'll irresponsibly go for Mississippi 612, but at least it's an oval:

Sticking with 25 MPH, here North Carolina 128, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.  With a bonus look at my old hand-held GPS unit on the dash of the 2001 A4.  August 13, 2002.

Also not enough bolts to secure the shield plaque.

On closer inspection, the shield bolts seem to have a plastic washer between the bolt and bracket, but the directional plaque does not. And I also wonder if the holes are pre-drilled or the sheeting includes the bolt holes beforehand. The plaque seems to have spots for bolts to be mounted top-and-bottom, not to the left and right of the post.

FDOT likes lots of bolts with more recent installs (15-20 years), presumably due to the potential for hurricane-force winds. But it makes some of their shields look like Pinface from Hellraiser.
