South Carolina DOT/Road-telated illustrations

This is the first of a few. Here it goes.
Can anyone draw for me, or has the resources to, come up with an SCDOT-style big guide sign, specifically with 2 & 3-digit US routes. It can be for anywhere, as long as I can save it to my PowerPoint.

Truly appreciated...
