Flip-flopped Interstate and US Concurencies

Not sure if this has been a topic, but here we go.  I was wondering how many times US Highway-X and Interstate Highway-Y are cosigned, then on the other side of the country US Highway-Y and Interstate Highway-X are cosigned.

The closest thing I saw when looking at two numbers was this:  In Texas and Louisiana I-20 and US-80 are often cosigned or not vary far away from each other.  On the flip, while I didn't actually see a cosign in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois, I-80 and US-20 are very close to each other. 3dis and 3dus are also fair game.

I-22/US 78 in Tennessee and I-78/US 22 in Pennsylvania come to mind.

Maybe US-41 and I-41 do not count.  It would be an infinite loop.

Well... US 41 and I-41 are concurrent. Similarly, I-41 and US-41 are concurrent.
EDIT: I was sniped by the post before and this is by chance, not a counterargument.

US 40 is concurrent with I-70 in Indiana
I-40 is concurrent with US 70 in North Carolina

(US 40 is also concurrent with I-74, but I-40 is not concurrent with US 74, and US 40 is concurrent with I-465 but US 465 doesn't exist).

US 35 is concurrent with I-70 in Indiana
I-35 is concurrent with US 70 in Texas

These are the only ones that involve Indiana.

US 6, 31, 33, 36, 50, 52, 136, 224, 231, and 421 don't have interstate counterparts
US 12, 20  have interstate counterparts but don't have interstate concurrencies in Indiana
US 24 and 30 have interstate counterparts but only have concurrencies in Indiana with I-469 and US 469 doesn't exist
US 41 has a concurrency with I-80/94 but US 94 doesn't exist and US 80 doesn't come anywhere near I-41

I-30 and US 70 are concurrent in Arkansas; I-70 and US 30 are concurrent in Breezewood, PA on everyone's favorite stretch of surface highway Interstate

Pretty sure US 80 ends at I-30 in Dallas, so that is a no-no, and US 10 appears to stay north of I-90

Correct.  I-10 and US-90 have lots of concurrencies through 5 states, but US-10 is pretty far north of I-90

One can be forgiven though, as I-90 replaced much of US 10 in the West.  It is only because of the illogical placement of I-94 that they don't touch anymore.

I-64 is concurrent with US "Highway 40"  in St Louis; I-40 is concurrent with US 64 in Raleigh.

I-40/US 64 run parallel routes for a long time, but on my quick check don't multiplex all that often

These are the only ones that involve Indiana.

US 35 is concurrent with I-69 between Marion and Muncie, Indiana
US 69 is concurrent with I-35 in a couple of places in the Kansas City area and they pretty much parallel each other from Kansas City to Albert Lea, Minnesota.

Well... US 41 and I-41 are concurrent. Similarly, I-41 and US-41 are concurrent.
