Streetview on Unopened Roads

How often is it that you see streetview on unopened freeways or roads? This example in Ecuador is interesting as the road is seemingly not finished but there are nice streetviews in both directions: https://goo.gl/maps/QS2U37Q774pPXcCR9

Rebar sticking out at the on-ramp can be seen here, as well as a sign prohibiting entry by unauthorized persons.  A few months later, with no apparent improvements and the sign still in place, the driver made it up anyway.

I like how GSV of an off-limits road was taken at multiple times.
