Not sure if you realize this or not, but the reason I added an (E) onto the I-42 (E) thread is because Oklahoma and Arkansas have indeed been approved for an I-42.

Aside: In college on choir tour, we stopped at a historic church in the Mohawk Valley. They were very excited to tell us that they found actual firing loops (aka embrasure, small holes) in the stone walls. There had always been stories that the solid church buildings served as makeshift forts when native people or foreign enemies attacked. They'd just never found evidence before.
