Is there a good free GIS data viewer online?

I'm looking for something like ArcGIS Online but free (or significantly cheaper) to display GIS data I have created for the public to see. It needs to be queryable so the user can view the fields of the feature (preferably I'd be able to choose which fields are visible, but that could be done in preprocessing). It would also be nice to be able to filter the features shown, both by eliminating some and by coloring others based on regexes with the fields, but again this could be handled in preprocessing.
