Well done, yes. BC-17. I would probably just say Surrey as it's south of the Fraser River.

It's largely a fast road but it dips pretty good through this industrial stretch. I think because of the railway crossing. Basically everything from the ped bridge in the above image to south of Tannery is 50, while everything else is 80 or higher.

Needless to say, it's not even remotely observed. I've gone through here at 100+.
