30 mph is correct. This is on an "expressway" section of Washington Ave near the State Office campus in Albany NY.  It used to be 45, but was lowered fairly recently (not sure why, but the presence of nearby SUNY Albany probably had something to do with it).

Yes, 30 mph is correct (sadly). This is on NY 332 in Canandaigua, it came up in another thread and it made me think of it for this thread.

30 mph is as painfully slow as you might expect for a road this wide, it's legitimately wide enough for 6 lanes. It could easily be 45 mph, even keeping it under 40 is a challenge.
