I'm not the poster of the photo but that's literally not possible as the max speed limit on a 2 lane road in America is 75.

It could be a camera angle trick. It looks like it should be faster but perhaps it's just departing a town, a low speed zone that looks rural, etc.

Well maybe a modification to this game is needed, where one can see the road from both directions. I mean I don't even see any signs in the distance, or cross streets. And the rules say it has to be a multiple of 5, right?

We do not need to make this game any easier. There are only so many possible speed limits, this isn't like the country challenge.

Correct! Crater Lake Highway N, Crescent, OR. It's 55 on OR-138 and further into the park but everything seen in the pics in 25.

GSV also only shows the 25mph signs leaving the park, but when I was there in 2021 there was one next to where the pic was taken, along with a lot of rumble strips.

Does the speed limit actually apply the rest of the length in that picture, or just the entrance?

I used the measuring tool and it's 0.8 miles from the pic to the first speed limit change, where it increases to 45mph (which only applies to the single grey pixel before it goes off screen, though).
