I'm not bothered by grocery store employee shoppers fulfilling customer orders.  People complain that they park their big carts in the way everywhere, but that just hasn't been my experience.  I haven't found myself more likely—and probably even less likely—to be impeded by them than by regular shoppers' carts.

The thing I notice about those people is that they're more likely to be focused on the same thing I am—getting what's on a list and getting out. I'm not there to sightsee or to wander up and down every aisle seeing what they have in case I see something I forgot to put on my list (though I may spend longer in the wine and beer sections if I'm torn on what I want to get).

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
