Loop Parkway drawbridge closed

I am currently stuck at the Loop Parkway bridge in Long Island. It's closed and nobody can cross. What is going on?

Edit: apparently the bridge isn't locking.

My username has been outdated since August 2023 but I'm too lazy to change it

Looks like the locks broke it's open now, we had to detour.

My username has been outdated since August 2023 but I'm too lazy to change it
