LA Hwy 1 Caddo Lake Bridge Replacement to begin

The historic LA-1 bridge across Caddo Lake is coming to its final hurrah. Finished around 1940, this 9-span pony truss structure is as beautiful on the lake as it is outdated and in need of replacement.
