Long-Awaited Upgrade to I-5/SR-113 Interchange in Woodland May Come to Fruition?

This has been on the books since the 1990s or so. Combined with the Placer Parkway, this could be a nice Northern Beltway for Sacramento.

It will be great if/when this is finally built.  I often use I-5 -> CA-113 as a bypass for the terrible traffic at the I-80/US-50 interchange.  Sometimes I will even cut across to I-505 if the traffic on I-80 between Davis and Vacaville is bad enough.
