Pink Jazz

I decided to create a thread to share and comment on music playlists.

Here is my smooth jazz playlist on Apple Music:
https://music.apple.com/us/playlist/smooth-pink-jazz/pl.u-9N9L2a4t37qgem

Key artists include Jazz in Pink, Paul Hardcastle, Brian Hughes, and Chieli Minucci/Special EFX. The playlist is more keyboard and guitar centric, but there are a few other instruments including saxophone, flute, bass, and trumpet.

Any comments on my playlist? How about your playlists?

BTW I have Android but I am in my dad's Apple Music family plan. Ironically with the Lossless tracks if you have LDAC headphones or speakers you may get better audio quality on Android than on an iPhone, since Android supports LDAC but iPhones do not.

I copy old records to MP3 and wrote a program in FreeBASIC to sort them into a good playlist.

Why? Some of the games those tracks are from are 35 years ago. I bought Castlevania II as a kid in 1989.

It's a tiny list (3 songs), but I collect songs that sound like James Bond title songs but are not. Usually features the Goldfinger Cadence (E major to C major, optionally to A minor) or similar.

I wonder how many people here have personal playlists that aren't from Spotify or YouTube and just use MP3's that they've purchased or copied from records, cassettes, and CD's.

I compiled a random playlist yesterday that included Falco, Motley Crue, Barry Manilow, John Mellencamp, Kool & the Gang, the B-52's, Black Sabbath, Jay-Z, the Thompson Twins, "Weird Al" Yankovic, and more!
