Obsolete highway designations on TV weather maps

There were severe storms last night, so all the local TV stations had all storm coverage. I noticed that one station had WI 175 north of Fond du Lac. That was truncated out couple decades ago. Then another station had WI 103 and 115 on its map. They was decommissioned almost 40 and 30 years ago respectively. Where are they getting computerized maps with old designations?
